This is a short but tough spin starting in Mallow around the Boggeragh Mountains of North Cork on the way to Ballyvourney near the Cork – Kerry border.

The area is superb for cycling – quiet and hilly with great views across the region. This is a quiet part of the country, with little traffic and overlooked by tourists.
