Sheep’s Head Cycle Loop

This amazing ride travels the length of the Sheep’s Head – a beautiful, remote and rarely visited peninsula in West Cork. It’s the perfect cycling destination, with no through-traffic and few people living in the area.

There is a low ridge running along the centre of the peninsula, which provides all of the best views on this ride.

Bantry to Schull Cycle

The road to Schull

This tour goes south from Bantry through some of West Cork’s most beautiful countryside and through the town of Ballydehob before passing Mount Gabriel, which is an optional climb. You then descend into Schull.

Then you have the option of getting the ferry to Cape Clear Island in Roaringwater Bay.

Bantry to Cork Cycle

The road to Kilmichael

This route is a great option to reach Cork City from beautiful West Cork – one of the finest areas of Ireland to cycle in.

You ride north from Bantry through hilly country. After Kealkill you climb the Pass of Keimaneigh and pass Gougane Barra.
