An easy looped ride on flat roads through North Cork and Limerick, passing Kilmallock Friary and the beautiful setting of Lough Gur, with its stone circles and megalithic tombs.

Despite the flat profile of the route, numerous mountain ranges to the north and the south can be seen while cycling in this area.
