The Boyne Valley is one of Ireland’s richest heritage areas and is only a short distance from Dublin. It is characterised by low hills on either side of the River Boyne.

This route takes you past all of the most important attractions in the area. Seeing them by bicycle is a great option.

This tour visits a vast array of important historic sites in the Boyne Valley before riding into Dublin.

There are a few small hills in the first half of the route but after you leave the Hill of Tara it is flat all the way back to Dublin.
